Our mission is to lead a collaborative effort to provide the resources for the improved health of the underserved, while always respecting the dignity, integrity, and diversity of those we serve and those who serve.
Our vision is a healthier Kershaw County where individuals and communities are empowered to take charge of their own health and well-being.
