Volunteers have been the mainstay of clinic operations since the day the doors opened on November 30, 1998.Like many non-profit organizations, the Community Medical Clinic of Kershaw County depends upon strong volunteer relationships to conduct its operations.We are always looking for caring individuals who would like to help.
Volunteers are needed to:
* work the front desk
* schedule appointments
* screen for eligibility
* assemble patient records
* order medicines
* distribute medicines
* provide patient care: MD, DDS, FNP, RN, DC, RT, PHARM D, MSW, etc,
* audit records
* enter data
* scan records
* file lab reports
* serve on fundraising committees
