Meet Ricky

When Ricky Jordan came to CMC as a patient two years ago, he was in a pretty bad place. He was homeless, sick, and didn't know where to turn for help. Ricky had no health insurance or medical care and had taken very little time to focus on his health.  

Fortunately, thanks to the Community Medical Clinic and our partners, that's not all of Ricky's story. 

"I'm able to tell you today that I'm no longer in the homeless shelter,” Ricky said. “I am no longer a patient at the clinic, and that is not because I don't want to; it's because I now have private insurance. And all this is due to the health care that was provided to help me get well."
