Traditionally the Clinic Classic is held annually on the last Saturday in April and is one of the biggest fundraisers supporting the Community Medical Clinic. 

This event promotes physical activity for both youth and adults, as well as benefits for the Community Medical Clinic of Kershaw County. This USTAF certified 5K and 8K course winds through Camden’s Historic District. It begins and ends at the Clinic located at 110-C East DeKalb Street, behind the United Way building.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clinic Classic event now also includes a two-week “virtual” race in which every member of the family can log their chosen distance and performance and view race results online.
